The Directory of California Chemists is a first-of-its-kind project conceived of by the Coordinating Committee of California ACS Sections, and was implemented 1997-1998 by volunteers from the Southern California Section. This directory is intended soley for the personal and professional networking use of ACS members. The membership listings will not be available on the internet, but ultimately the listing of employers of California's ACS members will be. Check this page frequently as we add the listings of employers from the participating sections. All ACS members who were members of a participating section in mid-1998 should have received their copy of the directory by now. Contact your local section Executive Committee if you did not. A limited number of copies are available to ACS members for a nominal charge. Send $8 with your request and your membership number to the Southern California Section office (14934 S. Figueroa St., Gardena CA 90248) to cover postage and handling. The directory may NOT be used in part or in whole as a mailing list or for any other commercial purpose. |
